Tomorrow, on Friday 3/4/2010, the new Alice and Wonderland comes to theaters. This movie, directed by Tim Burton, is a unique remake of the original 1951 Alice and Wonderland which was directed by Clyde Geronimi and Wilfred Jackson. In the 2010 version, Alice is a 19 year old girl who returns to a place called Underland, which she previously visited when she was 12 years old. When she arrives she is told that she is the only one that can slay the dragon. This movie can be seen in both 3D and in regular, 2D movie style. Actors and actresses such as Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway have roles in this film. This movie is rated PG and is an hour and 49 minutes. It's predicted to make a lot of money the first week and to be a very popular movie. Everyone should make time to go check out this new movie.

I can't wait to see this movie! It looks like it is going to be a really good movie from the previews. Hopefully I'll be able to go see it this weekend!
ReplyDeleteThis movie sounds so good. I do not remember watching the original one when I was younger, but my parents said I use to watch it all the time. I want to watch the original this weekend and wait for the theaters to die down and then go see it in 3D next weekend. The previews look great and even the movie poster looks intriguing.
ReplyDeleteI can't tell you how excited I am. Although I find a lot of his movies extremely freaky how can you not watch Alice and Wonderland? The picture is so incredible I can't even begin to understand how they created this movie. You should write a blog about the creation of these kind of movies. :)
